@Valerie – Yes, we can upgrade your battery for you. Depending on the model, it can be upgraded to 10.5 Ah or 14 Ah.
I have a 36v 8ah can it be upgraded?
@William – It’s probably the battery, but we’ll give you some basic diagnostics you can try first.
I have an Ancheer E Bike, 36V yellow and Black 26inch. I will only operate for 2 miles before losses all red dots, losses power and I have to pull the white plastic connector and reconnect, but it will only go a short way with 2 dots before completely dead. The charger works, but will not show green until I take the transformer and adjust the input power cord, then it goes from red to green. Is this a problem with the charger
@Mark – Yes, you can use a higher Ah battery in order to get more range. We upgrade batteries all the time. As long as there is space on your bike, you’re good!
I have a ancheer 36v 8ah battery that needs to be replaced. can i use a 14ah or 16ah?

So, I have had a Ancheer city bike 12" for about 3 years now and literally put 20-30 minutes a day riding and pulling my special needs daughter in a wagon behind the bike (mini bike really) to the point that I am just now starting to see a major decline in battery life. I believe it is the 350w battery, but haven’t opened it up yet. Is there a way to tell what battery I need to replace, or is there a better bike I can buy that is more a torque bike for slow riding and pulling a wagon of sorts (I literally tie the wagon handle to the seat post). I dont need any pedals (the city bike has foot pegs only which I like). I just want to keep her happy for 20-30 min a day when weather permits.

I had four Ancheer bikes. One of the batteries went bad after a year. I bought a low cost 36v 12 mah battery from Ali Express. It had a Deans connector and a round port. I just plugged the charger into the round port and not the controller. It worked fine. The replacement battery has worked for 3 years. I have now seen similar batteries on eBay for $100. You can always splice the charging cable but no reason to do so.

I have an Ancheer scooter, it says dye.vip on the side. The battery no longer holds a charge. I can describe the charger, it is a Li-ion Model:HY-420200, it says 42 V output.
Is the battery replaceable or do you refurbish ? Thank you-
@Larry – Sorry, we’re not familiar with the specifications of the Ancheer bikes. Maybe send a local bike shop some pictures and take good measurements?
I have a 20 inch folding fat tire mountain bike by Ancheer. The bottom bracket drive side cage bearing blew up and damaged the spindle. Ancheer has not been of much help so far. I would like to get a new spindle, two cage bearings and both the drive and non drive side cups. The pedal assist disc on the drive side crank also broke. I have not removed the drive side cup as I am not sure if it is a right or left hand thread and the pedal assist sensor makes it difficult to get a tool on it. If there is a canister bottom bracket that will fit the bike I would certainly consider that as well. I am trying do do this remotely as I don’t want to go to a bike shop during these trying times.
