I had just received my new ebike, ran it
about 10miles it seem to run low onpower.
I was in low,is this normal? How often should I charge the battery, is it okay to charge after every ride 10 miles?

@Kiel – We can custom build the battery with whatever connectors you want. Having a DC plug on the charge port is nice so you can remove the battery from the bike and charge it separately indoors.
Hello, I’m having the same problem that others mentioned. My original 36v 8ah Ancheer battery won’t hold a charge anymore, but I’m having trouble finding a replacement that has both a Deans Plug and XT60 connection like the original battery. Most replacement batteries either a Deans Plug or XT60 connection combined with a DC plug. Has anyone found a solution for this problem?

I didn’t use my ANCHEER folding bike for now 2 years for health reasons. Now it seems it doesn’t charge anymore. It’s a JKBA FST 36 V 8AH. Do you still sell such a type of battery?

36V / 8AH , I need a new input plug for the battery, accidently plugged laptop power supply into charger port on battery, it looks like the charger for the battery, anyway fried input plug, I can send pics of plug

Hello, my stepdaughter has an Archeer bike (looks like the same one pictured) with the JKBA-FST 36V/8AH battery that doesn’t hold a charge. I saw a replacement from Archeer for $254 for the same specs. What can you offer and what’s the cost to rebuild/upgrade.

with a battery: HBXC 2018 07 36V/8AH
I believe the battery life is gone can you help me with a replacement battery?
At a longtime full charge it will only display 2 LED lights on the battery.

I need a 8AH 36 volts battery. The batteries on line have a round connection. The battery I have has a red plug that fit the new connection however the white plug will not because the new battery is round and mine is square. It is for an Ancheer ebike. The battery is JKBA – FST 2017 06 36V/8AH. Will a XT60 adaptor work?

I have a year old Ancheer bike, tried to plug the charger into the battery and get a arking spark, tried unpluging charger then plug into battery still get the arking spark, help

I’ve bought this bike I’ve had for a year the charger has stopped working ordered what I thought was a a compatible charger it was but the connector which is not detachable is not the same.Where do I get the duplicate charger for my Blk/Red/White Ancheerebike for the round/silver battery ?
