Kalkhoff Battery Rebuild For Panasonic Mid Motors

Do you have a Kalkhoff e-bike with a Panasonic mid-mount motor that's not lasting as long as it once did? Send in your battery to us and we will replace the cells, upgrading your capacity and restoring it to better than new! Their original specifications were 259 Wh at 25.9V and 10 Ah. We can upgrade that to 15 Ah at the same voltage for 389 Wh and 50% more range!
The Derby Cycle version below (shown for an Agattu Impulse 8 model) has a 10S 5P configuration with upgrade options up to 15Ah to give you almost 40% longer range than the original!
Just fill out our Battery Intake Form and send us your battery and charger. We will contact you with a quote and upgrade options. We recycle your old cells and re-use your case so you know it will fit back in your bike. We use brand new, grade A lithium ion cells and warranty all of our work for 12 months.

@Dragan – We can’t diagnose your error codes, but you should check the voltage of your battery to see if it’s good or not.
I have panasonic NKY317b2 battery and it stopped charging. When I press indicator key, leds run 6 times around one by one. When I press key for about 8 sec, four leds turns on and after 3 or four sec turns off. What does it mean? Is my battery dead? Thanks.

@Amy – Unfortunately, we do not stock replacement Kalkhoff batteries, so you will need to send yours in for a rebuild.
I have the Panasonic 24v and would like a spare battery before I send mine for upgrade. Please tell me how I can place a battery order.

@William – Can’t say we’ve done an Include 8 Premium before, but if it’s similar to other Kalkhoff batteries it shouldn’t be a problem.

Do you rebuild other Kalkhoff’s as well? We have an Include 8 Premium that discharged over the winter. We would love to get rolling again!

kalkhoff pro s. 26v 12a battery. cost and time for rebuild? Really don’t want downtime on the bike if possible. Do you refurbished or new batteries?

Im Drew. I have a mid drive Panasonic 25.3V 18 AH e bike battery that’s no longer holding a charge. I would like to know the cost for a recharge or rebuild please.. The battery in the photo on your website is nearly identical to what I have. It’s a Focus Jaifra Speed model which has been an excellent product up until this point.
