Important Safety Notice

Lithium-ion batteries store significant energy. Improper charging, short circuits, impact damage, puncture, water intrusion, overheating, misuse, incompatible equipment, poor installation, or unauthorized modification can result in battery failure, thermal runaway, fire, smoke, toxic gas release, property damage, serious personal injury, or death.

Stop use immediately if an unsafe condition exists. Do not charge, install, transport, or continue using any battery that is swollen, dented, cracked, leaking, smoking, unusually hot, making popping noises, giving off odor, wet, or otherwise behaving abnormally.
Use only compatible equipment. Use only chargers, connectors, wiring, controllers, and devices that are correct for the battery’s voltage, chemistry, polarity, connector type, and intended application.
Never charge unattended Do not charge while sleeping or when the building is vacant.
Keep away from combustibles Charge and store away from paper, cloth, fuel, solvents, wood dust, and flammable materials.
Do not modify the battery Opening, rewiring, bypassing, rebuilding, or altering the battery may create a serious hazard and void warranty coverage.
When in doubt, stop and ask If compatibility or condition is unclear, contact us before using or charging the battery.

Shipping Information

Order Processing & Transit

  • Some batteries are shipped from domestic stock, while others may be sourced directly from overseas supply depending on availability and model.
  • Estimated shipping and delivery times shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Transit times may vary due to air cargo capacity, customs screening, regulatory handling, weather delays, carrier disruptions, and final-mile delivery conditions.
  • Orders may be held for verification, inventory confirmation, address confirmation, or safety/compliance review before shipment.

Battery Shipping Compliance

  • Lithium battery shipments may require special packaging, markings, labels, documentation, and carrier handling procedures.
  • Shipping methods may vary depending on battery configuration, watt-hour rating, chemistry, and whether the battery is shipped by itself, with equipment, or installed in equipment.
  • Damaged, defective, recalled, altered, or visibly compromised batteries must not be shipped or mailed except in accordance with applicable hazardous materials rules.

Receiving, Unboxing & First Inspection

  1. Inspect the exterior of the package before opening.
  2. Photograph the box if it appears crushed, torn, punctured, burned, wet, or mishandled.
  3. Open carefully and keep all original packaging until the battery is inspected and tested.
  4. Inspect the case, mount, connector, charge port, discharge lead, wiring, and terminals.
  5. Confirm that the charger and battery specifications match before charging.
  6. Perform the first charge in a dry, monitored, nonflammable area.
Report damage promptly. If shipping damage, visible battery damage, missing parts, or unusual condition is discovered, contact us promptly with photos before using or charging the battery.
Condition Action
Package looks normal Inspect battery carefully and verify charger compatibility before first charge.
Box is damaged but battery appears normal Take photos and inspect thoroughly before use.
Battery is dented, cracked, swollen, hot, wet, leaking, or smells unusual Do not charge or use. Isolate in a safe nonflammable area and contact us immediately.

Charging Guide

Before Charging

  • Charge only in a dry, well-ventilated area on a nonflammable surface.
  • Do not charge near beds, couches, carpet, curtains, fuel, gas appliances, paper products, or inside confined hot spaces.
  • Do not charge a battery that is freezing cold, excessively hot, wet, damaged, or suspected to be internally compromised.
  • Confirm charger voltage, connector, and polarity before connecting.

During Charging

  • Monitor the battery and charger during charging.
  • Do not charge overnight unattended.
  • Do not cover the charger or battery while charging.
  • Disconnect immediately if excessive heat, odor, swelling, crackling, or smoke occurs.

After Charging

  • Disconnect the charger after charging is complete unless otherwise specified in writing for your product.
  • Allow the battery to cool before placing it into an enclosed compartment, case, or vehicle.
  • Avoid leaving the battery fully charged in hot environments for extended periods.

Use & Handling Guide

  • Use the battery only for its intended purpose and in compatible equipment.
  • Do not puncture, crush, burn, drop, disassemble, bypass safety features, short the terminals, or expose to direct flame.
  • Do not allow metal objects such as tools, coins, keys, hardware, or loose wires to contact battery terminals.
  • Do not expose the battery to full submersion, pressure washing, saltwater, or corrosive chemicals.
  • If the battery is dropped, crushed, struck, or involved in a crash, discontinue use until inspected.
  • Children should not handle, charge, install, or remove batteries without competent adult supervision.
Crash / impact warning. Internal battery damage is not always visible. A battery that has been dropped or involved in an impact event may become unsafe even if the exterior appears mostly normal.

Storage

  • Store indoors in a cool, dry location.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, heaters, furnaces, hot cars, and sheds that experience extreme temperatures.
  • Do not store visibly damaged batteries inside the home or business.
  • Check long-term stored batteries periodically and follow proper maintenance practices for your battery type.
👁

Routine Inspection

  • Inspect before each use.
  • Check for dents, swelling, cracks, frayed wires, loose connectors, and moisture.
  • Stop use if range, voltage behavior, or temperature changes abnormally.
  • Do not continue using a battery that shows warning signs.
