@John – We can probably replace the lock for you if send the bracket in to us.
I have a 3 year old 26" Ancheer bike. The keys that I think should work do not seem to fit the lock (with the battery off the bike). Should I replace the lock, just in case, rather than have the battery stuck on the bike?

I would like to upgrade my 36 350w 27 1/2 in bike but I think the computer is built in with the battery because that is the only thing on it besides the computer on the handlebars and I would like to go more amps at the least and I think in the programming it has an option to go up to 48 volts but I don’t want to screw nothing up please get back to me as soon as possible ready to do this please email me thank you for your help

I have a 2 year old ancheer folding elec mt bike it is 36v 250 watt, never worked from day 1 correct, wiggle wires and could get a lap around the block then nothing i have teat all components (perchacesed brush-less tester) looks like the motor controller, pn X813-AA007-6T, display is KD26EM i have tried to contact ancheer and ya customer service not there :)
@Jordan – The battery should not limit your top speed. It’s usually the programming of the controller or display. For keys, it’s best to replace the whole lock.
Hi ive got the ancheer mountain bike it doesnt seem to be fast enough on the throttle alone could this be the battery,

I bought Ancheer EBike from Walmart and now the back tire, clutch power had issue. I can’t ride any more and looking for replacement..I was so disappointed that it is so hard to get replacement parts for Ancheer…
I feel like money spend on EBike is not worth…Bile does not last. I need part so badly.

@Chris – Typically batteries with reduced range or early shutdown is caused by dying cells. We recommend fully rebuilding your battery.
My bike shuts down after about 15 minutes, no power at all and when I get home and let it sit without plugging in the battery the power comes back on but not at full charge. Does this mean my battery is junk. It is the Ancheer with a battery bag on the bars and the controller on the frame. Thanks

@Eric – We can upgrade your battery for longer range, but the speed is limited by the programming of the motor and controller.
@Tom – We can’t speculate on the cause of your battery reaching end of life without doing a more thorough diagnostic. Please send it in to us.
I recently bought an Ancheer and was wondering if I can upgrade the battery or what else I can do to make it faster.
I’ve only ridden my Ancheer Knight E-Bike 12 times for less than 200 miles in a little over a year but now it shuts down with the slightest uphill load. Is the battery shot already?! Did I shorten its life by fully discharging it? Or by charging it too long – more than 10 hours? I can’t seem to get the battery off. What is the trick?
