Scam Alert & Payment Verification | United Lithium Solutions
Verify before you pay.
Fraudsters may impersonate United Lithium Solutions or E-Bike Market Place, claim that your battery is being serviced, and pressure you to make an immediate payment. Stop the conversation and verify the request directly with our company before sending money or personal information.
Do not use a phone number, email address, or payment link supplied by an unexpected caller or text message. Use the verified contact directory on this page.
What a legitimate request should include
A real payment request should be documented, traceable, and connected to the work or product you authorized.
A complete invoice
The invoice should identify the customer, battery or product, approved work, amount due, and company collecting the payment.
A verified communication channel
The request should come from an official company email or be confirmed through the phone number published on this page.
An approved payment method
Pay only through an official invoice, approved checkout page, or payment method independently confirmed by our team.
Pause when something does not match
A caller knowing that you own a battery or requested service does not prove that the caller represents our company.
- The caller will not clearly identify the company and employee.
- You are promised a discount only if you pay immediately.
- The amount or repair description does not match your records.
- You receive an unexpected payment form through a text message.
- You are asked to pay a personal account or unrelated recipient.
- The sender discourages you from calling our official number.

Payment and identity verification FAQ
Will your company ask me to pay a personal Zelle account?
No. Do not send payment to a personal payment account presented by an unexpected caller or text sender. Verify the invoice and recipient with our operations department.
What if the caller knows my battery is being repaired?
Knowledge of your battery or repair status does not establish the caller’s identity. End the conversation and contact us independently.
Should I open the payment form to inspect it?
No. Preserve the message without entering information. Send a screenshot and the link to ops@unitedlithium.us.
What should I do if I already sent money?
Contact your bank or payment provider immediately, identify the payment as suspected fraud, preserve every record, and notify our operations department.
Which email address should I use?
Use sales@emp.vegas for E-Bike Market Place, sales@unitedlithium.us for United Lithium Solutions sales, and ops@unitedlithium.us for company information, payment verification, and scam reports.
