At E-Bike Marketplace, we want our policies to be easy to understand. Because many of the products we sell involve lithium-ion batteries, electronics, custom builds, and rebuild services, return eligibility depends on the item ordered and its condition when received.

Battery rebuild and repair services are non-refundable once work begins.

Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.

Approval Required

All returns must be approved before shipping back.

1. Standard Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In original packaging
  • In like-new condition
  • Complete with all accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Battery rebuild or repair services
  • Diagnostic service fees
  • Custom battery packs
  • Special-order items
  • Used or installed products
  • Items damaged by misuse or improper handling

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Send photos of the item and packaging
  • Do not use a damaged battery

4. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
