I have a R Martin E-bike batteries with the integrated rear rack, it doesnt charge completely , also i have to take it off the bike and place it upside down to charge it, seems like some connection is loose inside.
Pl let me know if it can be corrected (cells replaced). And how much it will cost and turn around time.

I have an R Martin Electric Bike I bought back in the summer of 2007. I just found it again in my Mom’s basement. Everything about it looks the same as it did over a decade ago except the battery is a dead as a door knob. I would like to either replace the battery or have the dead one reincarnated. Please help. :)

The charger is MODEL: SC1240A-45V-L
OUTPUT: 36V – 5.3A
The charger works for just a few seconds (yellow light) then turns green. It stops the charging operation.
