TranzX Battery Cell Replacement Service

TranzX is a company that makes parts for a number of e-bike manufacturers, including batteries. When the battery dies though, replacements can be tough to come by. That's why we offer our rebuild service! Send in your battery, we replace all of the cells while re-using your case (so it's guaranteed to fit back in your bike), and send it back to you! Often, we can upgrade the capacity to give you longer ride time as well!
Here's the popular TranzX BL17 model battery that's used on iZip E3 Dash, E3 Peak, and E3 Sumo model bikes, along with the Raleigh Tekoa, Route, and Misceo, among others. It fits on the downtube. We can upgrade these from 417 Wh to 504 Wh with our 10.5 Ah rebuild.
This is the TranzX BL07, a rear rack model, that Raleigh used on some of their electric bikes like the Retroglide, Superbe, and Sprint. We can also upgrade these up to 14 Ah using our rebuild service.

Hello , I have a Ebco Eagle LSR50 which has stopped working , When I release the charger , everything dies and not holding charge? do you think its the battery or possibly something else?

Hi I have an ebco e bike with a TranzX bl07 battery and it is not charging up at all. It has been left unused and in the house for about three years. I have two bikes the same and the other battery is fine and works in the same bike this one does not work in. I live in the UK and is there anything g you can suggest for me to replace it as I have searched the net and nothing coming up for it.

I’ve a tranzx PST battery 36v 11ah.
On button gree power lights up battery but after a couple of secs power lights switch off. However front lights stay on…and battery is fully charging. Is there a part I can replace or could I send to you for research/repair?
Battery is just over a year old (second one on Raleigh bike)

My tranzx pst battery may be faulty. It ran perfect until I had a bike shop replace a tube in my back tire. I got it back and my izip will not turn on. The battery looks like it works…the lights on battery come on…but I am getting flashing lights or no lights at all on my bike. I am not mechanically inclined at all.
