Shipping Policy
Learn how we process, ship, and track orders for batteries, chargers, parts, and custom battery services.
At E-Bike Marketplace, we work hard to ship orders as quickly and safely as possible. Because many of the products we sell involve lithium batteries, built-to-order items, or specialty components, shipping times can vary depending on the item ordered and the level of customization required.

1. Shipping Locations
E-Bike Marketplace ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and select U.S. territories. International shipping may be available for certain products and destinations on a case-by-case basis.
If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm availability, shipping options, and any applicable restrictions.
2. Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that battery orders, rebuilt battery packs, custom battery packs, special-order products, and modified configurations may require additional processing time. Some items are assembled, configured, tested, or built to order before shipment.
Processing times may also vary during peak periods, supply delays, or high order volume.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We may offer the following shipping options depending on the item and destination:
- Standard Shipping: estimated 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: estimated 2–3 business days
- Rush / Priority Shipping: available on select orders for an additional fee
Delivery estimates apply after the order has been processed and shipped. Shipping speed does not eliminate required battery build time, testing time, or order preparation time.
We do not normally offer true next-day shipment on built battery orders unless specifically arranged, and even expedited battery orders may still require 1–2 business days for build and handling before departure.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product type, package size, shipment weight, destination, and the shipping method selected.
Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping when available, apply only to qualifying orders and eligible destinations. Oversized items, hazardous-material shipments, batteries, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and special-order products may be excluded from free shipping promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
6. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for certain items, but not all battery products can be shipped internationally due to carrier restrictions, hazmat requirements, and destination rules.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country. Delivery timelines for international shipments may vary significantly due to customs processing and carrier limitations.
7. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment status and work with the carrier on the next steps. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or claim decision can be made.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Our Refund Policy applies to shipped orders. If you need to request a return, exchange, or shipping-related review, please refer to that page for instructions and eligibility requirements.
