Our rebuild process starts with inspection and diagnostic testing. We check the pack condition, voltage, charging behavior, connector type, battery case, and internal electronics. When the housing and electronics are serviceable, we replace the worn cell group with new lithium-ion cells, rebuild the pack, balance the battery, and complete final charging and load testing before return shipment.
