Every rebuild service includes:

Battery Compatibility
This service is intended for the battery model shown on this page. If you are unsure whether your battery matches, send photos of your battery, charger, and bike to EMP for verification before ordering.
Compatibility is confirmed using battery labels, case style, voltage, and connector information.
Warranty coverage varies by battery type, service performed, and battery condition. Warranty details will be provided with your final rebuild quote and service documentation.
In addition to battery rebuilds, EMP may be able to repair:

Repair options depend on battery condition and parts availability.
Some battery housings can support higher-capacity cell configurations than originally installed. When possible, EMP can increase battery capacity to provide longer riding range and improved performance. Upgrade availability varies by battery model and internal space.
Do I need to send my battery?
Yes. Most rebuild services require your original battery.
Can my battery be upgraded?
Many batteries qualify for capacity upgrades.
What if my battery cannot be rebuilt?
EMP will discuss available repair or replacement options.
How long does service take?
Most rebuilds are completed within 10–14 business days after intake.
Please send clear photos of your battery, charger, and bike before shipping whenever possible. Do not ship batteries that are swollen, leaking, smoking, or physically damaged without contacting EMP first.

🔬 Battery Cells (Individual Cells)
We supply high-quality lithium-ion cells for repairs, upgrades, and custom builds.

- Out-of-stock (air shipping): Approximately 10 business days
- Out-of-stock (sea shipping): Approximately 40 days

Important Information
Turnaround times begin once your battery is received and checked into our system.
During high demand periods or for complex builds, timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
