A2B Kuo, Kuo+, Fast4ward Smart Battery
Do you have an A2B Kuo, Kuo+, Fast4ward or other model that uses this e-bike smart battery? We can service and rebuild it for you if it's not giving you the range it originally did. I just bought this bike used and the battery seems to be working fine. However, the owner had it in storage for about 3-4 years. It’s giving me about 25 miles per charge, but the manual says if there is going to be long term storage and the BMS is turned on it can permanently damage the battery. Should I be concerned? What is this permanent damage? Is it something this service/rebuild could fix?
@Robert – We prefer to re-use the existing BMS if we can.
Hi, I have a fast4ward folding bike with a failed battery. When you rebuild do you use the existing BMS or replace with modern. If you replace, do you retain all the bike functions? I was thinking about the 2 supplementary connections from the BMS to the bike via the 4 connections on the battery holder.(don’t know their function)
