My battery pack for a Polaris EV503 has a short and blew out the 30A fuse. Batteries show 48vDc so it looks like the charging circuit. What would be the process for getting a quote. Thanks Rick

Hi David, It’s more than likely the cells have gone bad and a rebuild would be the best option. We will get in touch with you about shipping.

Bought two very gently used Polaris ebikes today. One is a Strive ST and the other a Vecter (one of each type Polaris batteries as shown on your picture). Both batteries appear to be bad. I get blinking red light when charging. Presumably they were stored in a garage for the last couple years without being used or recharged. Is rebuilding the only option or could it be a lesser repair? I plan on visiting Vegas soon, would I be able to drop them off for testing/repair/rebuild rather than shipping them out?

Janet, thank you for your inquiry. You can find more specifics under the “Rebuilds” menu heading above.

I am looking to get a used Polaris E bike. It has a 44.4 Li-ion Pro Ride lithium battery in it. If it goes bad, how much for you to rebuild the battery in it for me?
