I have a RAD Rover. what does it cost to rebuild the battery?

I purchased a 2017 radmini with a bad battery, according to the user it got wet. Looking to see if you guys could do a rebuild of it. It would need a new circuit board controller, and I am not certain on the cells but everything looks clean.
