We've squeezed in as much as 40V 13Ah in a rear rack case more than doubling the range of the original battery. We can take care of all form factors of BionX e-bike batteries whether it's the rear rack or down tube style.
Some of these larger downtube, triangular, fin-shaped batteries can hold up to 60 cells, giving them plenty of room to be upgraded to 36V 21Ah.
All of our batteries are warrantied for a full 12 months. All you need to do is fill out our Battery Intake Form and send us the battery, charger, and bike. I have a 2013 Yuba eBoda Boda (BIONX37V 6.6ah lithium battery) whose battery is no longer holding enough charge, and also the battery charger stopped functioning. I can’t imagine how much it would cost to ship this big cargo bike. What does the battery rebuild cost?

I understand that if the entire bike AND battery are shipped, there are no TDG requirements.

I am thinking of buying a Toba bike with a missing battery and throttle cable assembly. What is the approx. price and availability of these items?
@Ricardo – Unfortunately, we cannot replace circuit boards on BionX batteries. We can replace them for generic batteries though.

Hello,
I have a Trek e-bike that the battery has a bad cell and will not charge. I had it rebuilt about two years ago. I am looking for more than two years of service from a rebuild.
I only use the bike when we go camping about 8 to 9 trips a year. I bring the battery indoors during winter. It is not like it gets recharged every day.
