ProdecoTech E-bike Battery Cell Replacement

Does your ProdecoTech e-bike need a battery upgrade? Don't pay for a brand new one, just send us yours and we'll rebuild it with fresh, new lithium ion cells! We can take care of LiFePO4 pack that comes with select Phantom, Outlaw, Oasis, and Mariner models. For pricing information, see our ProdecoTech battery rebuilds page.
It doesn't matter what form factor your battery has or which model Prodeco bike. This skinny rear rack pack comes on various Phantom, Genesis, Mariner, Island, and Stride models. We can typically upgrade these to 36V 14Ah.
These integrated downtube that's on a number of Phantom, Rebel, and Genesis e-bikes. We can usually upgrade these to 36V 17.5Ah.

I have a prodeco 38.4 volt 9 amp hour 346 watt high power lithium life pro 4 battery I’d like to get upgraded what’s it cost
@Ed – We do not have Prodeco battery cases. Usually we can upgrade the capacity to 14Ah.
I have a pride Outlaw I like to see how much to rebuild the battery do u know how many miles u should get out of 48 v battery

I have a prodeco outlaw 1200 I am Looking for the lower battery case it is a 48v battery
I know you primarily just service the batteries, just thought I’d ask. Prodeco only offers the upper battery case. if you don’t offer the lower half of the case can you make any recommendationst as towhere i might
Get one? Also when you rebuild a 48v battery & perform the upgrade, typically how much more overall distance will this upgrade in distance increase ??

I have a 2015 prodecotec 1200 outlaw and the battery is getting weak how much to rebuild? how long does it take? My son lives in Las Vegas and can drop off, pick up …. my brother has one too…
@TonyZ – Yes, we can help. It depends on what exactly is wrong with the wiring harness, but we should be able to take care of it.
4yrs ago I bought an Prodeco Outlaw SS, have wiring harness in battery case fail again, company is no help with repair, bike no longer works can you help. $3,000 waste

@Vince – We only do rebuilds of existing battery packs. We do not stock new/replacement batteries for Prodeco bikes.

Somebody gave me a Phantom XR with dead battery. I didn’t see prices to fix it?

I have three of the Prodecotech Samsung-celled down-tube batteries for the Genesis model. Cells are okay, but all three have differing problems with the on/off button and connector top assembly. Are you able to replace that assembly? Two have the physical plastic broken and the third is reputed to be a bad on/off button.
