ProdecoTech E-bike Battery Cell Replacement

Does your ProdecoTech e-bike need a battery upgrade? Don't pay for a brand new one, just send us yours and we'll rebuild it with fresh, new lithium ion cells! We can take care of LiFePO4 pack that comes with select Phantom, Outlaw, Oasis, and Mariner models. For pricing information, see our ProdecoTech battery rebuilds page.
It doesn't matter what form factor your battery has or which model Prodeco bike. This skinny rear rack pack comes on various Phantom, Genesis, Mariner, Island, and Stride models. We can typically upgrade these to 36V 14Ah.
These integrated downtube that's on a number of Phantom, Rebel, and Genesis e-bikes. We can usually upgrade these to 36V 17.5Ah.

I have a Prodecotech stride 400 and i need a battery. not just the cells replace. a whole new battery. do you sell one that will work with that bike?

@Dan – The broken case shouldn’t be a problem. We can supply a charger too.
Have two older Prodeco bikes (a Genesis 500 and a Mariner 7). I will want to have both batteries rebuilt. One small but possibly big problem…..on the Mariner 7 there is a small plastic cover over the back tail light. It was broken some time ago and now has a piece of clear tape over it….works fine, but will that prevent me from the rebuild? Also would I be able to buy another charger from you?

I have a Prodeco Mariner with a 36 volt 9AH battery. My range is down to +/- 3 miles. Do you have a replacement or repair for this?

My battery for my prodeco rebel just died on me last summer. I have been trying to get it replaced but get no reply from the company. I thought I could take the battery a part to see if I could replace the cells. I found out it had leaked and one of the boards looked burnt to me. Can you still fix this battery or would I have to replace it and how much would that run me? Thank you Theresa

I have a PRODECOTECH STRIDE 500, with a LiFEPO4 38.4v 12ah v1.3a battery. (part# PT.BA.LIFE.36V.12A.13A). This bike was purchased in 2015, and is now in need of a new battery. I’m very interested in your ability to rebuild the existing unit. Could you please forward me pricing and advise on next steps to proceed?

I have a black Phantom X R battery (downtube) that needs repair/upgrade. It does not last as long as it once did. Barely goes a mile without significant loss of charge. When I got the bike two years ago Prodeco said range was around 26 miles. (I never got that) Now they say they have same style bike with range of around 35 miles. What are my options and the costs?
