Reention makes popular battery packs used by many different bike companies for their sleek, semi-integrated downtube design offering high capacity. They come in a variety of voltages and capacities. We can rebuild them all, often time upgrading your capacity to give you longer ride time!
These battery packs can be found on E-Joe, Volt Bike, Samson, Juiced, Surface 604, Smartmotion and FLX among others. Even if we don't have an online ordering link, contact us and we'll help you out. It doesn't matter if it's a 36V or 48V pack or what capacity it was to begin with.

Hello! Do you have replacement parts for this battery case? I have a customer with a finicky switch on his Smartmotion battery. I am looking for a new end cap which has the board & switch to restore functionality. Smartmotion USA at one time told us this was due to a programming issue, the battery would not turn on due to some sort of protection circuit that was programmed with too low a threshold, but I feel some of them are just faulty switches?
@George – Typically we don’t change the voltage because that would require more changes in the electronics and could end up decreasing the overall capacity of the battery pack.
I read where you said you don’t recommend changing the voltage, but can you? Mine is on a BBSHD capable of more than 48 volts.
@Amine – We don’t recommend changing the voltage, but we can upgrade the Amp-hours.
I have a reention 48v 11amp can you upgrade to 52v and higher amps??
@Tyler – We do not sell keys for the mounting bracket. We only have the battery cases themselves.

I ride a Populo Sport With a 36v7ah battery. If I can get a replacement case from Populo (they no longer have a replacement batt), can you rebuild it with increased AH’s and what would be the ‘ballpark’ cost?
