Instead of buying an entirely new battery, revitalize it with our E-Joe Battery Rebuild Service. We keep your original battery housing, connectors, and mounting hardware intact, while replacing the internal cells with fresh, high-quality lithium-ion modules—restoring reliable performance without the full replacement cost.

Rebuild Options

  • Standard Rebuild – Returns your battery to its original factory-rated capacity using premium cells.
  • Upgraded Capacity – If your housing, wiring, and BMS support it, we can boost the amp-hour (Ah) rating to give you longer ride range (subject to compatibility).
  • Be sure to check the bike model that you currently have as we cannot switch or upgrade your 36V model to a 48V model system, so, please make sure you know which battery you have before sending it in.

  • Replacement of all internal lithium-ion cells
  • Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of your existing battery case, wiring, and contacts
  • Performance testing, cell balancing, and full verification
  • Retention or replacement of your original BMS (Battery Management System), if required (additional cost may apply)

  2. You’ll receive shipping instructions and a battery intake form

  4. Ship your original E-Joe battery housing to our rebuild facility
  5. Our expert technicians replace internal cells, test, balance, and validate the rebuilt pack
  6. We ship your rebuilt battery back to you, ready to ride
Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks once your battery arrives at our facility.

  5. We contact you with results and recommended options

Important Information

Turnaround times begin once your battery is received and checked into our system.

During high demand periods or for complex builds, timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

  • All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
  • Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.

Delivery Time

  • Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
  • Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

  • Pickup is available at our Las Vegas facility:

    Monday– Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ( Friday by appointment).

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
  • For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.

Important Notes

  • Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
