Rebuild Options
- Standard Rebuild – Returns your battery to its original rated capacity using premium lithium-ion cells.
- Upgraded Rebuild – When possible, we can boost the amp-hour (Ah) rating for longer ride range (subject to housing, BMS, and wiring constraints).

Italjet Models
Italjet has entered the electric bike / e-bike space (e.g. the Ascot series). While Italjet’s main product line is motorcycles and scooters, this rebuild service may work for their electric-bike/pedelec battery systems for models such as:
- Italjet Ascot
- Italjet Ascot Adventure
- Italjet Ascot Classic
- Italjet Ascot Sport
- Other Italjet e-bike models (if battery form, wiring, and specs match)
If your model is not listed, send us a photo or spec sheet and we’ll confirm compatibility before you ship.
How It Works

- You’ll receive shipping instructions and a battery intake form

- Our skilled technicians replace internal cells, test, balance, and validate
- We ship your rebuilt battery back to you, ready to ride again
Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks once your battery arrives at our facility.

Important Information
Turnaround times begin once your battery is received and checked into our system.
During high demand periods or for complex builds, timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
