We retain your original battery housing, connectors, and mounting interface, while replacing all internal cells with fresh, high-quality lithium-ion modules—restoring performance and extending life at a fraction of replacement cost.
Rebuild Options
- Standard Rebuild – Restores your battery to its original factory-rated capacity using premium cells.
- Upgraded Capacity – When your housing, wiring, and BMS support it, we can increase the amp-hour (Ah) rating for additional range (subject to compatibility).

How It Works
- Order this rebuild service via our Shopify store
- Receive shipping instructions along with a battery intake form

- Ship your original Stromer battery housing to our rebuild facility
- Our trained technicians replace the internal cells, test, balance, and validate the pack
- We ship your rebuilt battery back to you, ready for use
Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks after your battery arrives at our facility.

Important Information
Turnaround times begin once your battery is received and checked into our system.
During high demand periods or for complex builds, timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

- Pickup is available at our Las Vegas facility:

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
