Our comprehensive diagnostic service thoroughly examines your e-bike to detect any problems and evaluate its general condition prior to any repairs or enhancements. This includes a 26-point inspection covering the bike, battery, and electrical components, assessing charge levels, connector health, display functionality, wiring status, and system performance.
We test the motor and pedal-assist system, listening for abnormal noises and ensuring smooth power delivery across all assist levels. If your bike has a throttle, we verify it engages properly and reaches full output.
Brake systems are examined for pad wear, lever response, and motor cutoff functionality. We assess tires and wheels for pressure, damage, alignment, and spoke health. The drivetrain is checked for chain wear, gear shifting performance, and pedal/crank arm condition.
We also inspect the frame and suspension (if applicable) for any signs of damage or mechanical issues. Finally, we test lights, reflectors, and essential accessories like the kickstand and horn.
This diagnostic provides a full picture of your e-bike’s health and identifies any problems that need attention—before they become costly or dangerous.

Important Information
Turnaround times begin once your battery is received and checked into our system.
During high demand periods or for complex builds, timelines may be slightly extended.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
