- Standard Rebuild – Restores your battery to its original factory capacity using high-quality cells.
- Upgraded Capacity – When your housing, wiring, and BMS allow, we can increase the amp-hour (Ah) capacity to give you extended ride range (subject to compatibility).

- Replacement of all internal lithium-ion cells
- Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of your existing battery housing, wiring, and connectors
- Rigorous testing, cell balancing, and performance verification
- Reuse or replacement of your original BMS (Battery Management System) if necessary (additional cost may apply)

How It Works

- Receive shipping instructions and a battery intake form

- Our technician team replace internal cells, test, balance, and validate the pack
- We ship your rebuilt battery back to you, ready to ride

- This service is for rebuild only — we do not sell new Lyric battery packs
- You must ship in your original battery housing
- Upgrades are possible only if your housing, wiring, and BMS permit them

Processing Time
- Most in-stock batteries ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom rebuilds and special orders may take 7–14 business days before shipping.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
