@Michael – We would be happy to rebuild the BL-07 battery. We will be in touch with our current pricing.
I need to rebuild the battery pack from my Raleigh it’s a Curry I believe a B a Dash BL07 Dash 001 how much will it cost to rebuild?
@Henry – Upgrading the capacity will give you longer ride time. This won’t break the display, but if your bike has an estimated range remaining, that will be off. Usually the battery power meter will still function though.
I need to rebuild the 48V TranzX (BL-07) battery for my Diamondback Lindau eBike. If I upgrade the charge capacity from 8.8 Ah to 10 Ah will this cause problems with the charge meter on the bicycle (i.e., will it register as a charge overload and cease to function)? Alternatively, can you rebuild the battery to the same original specifications (i.e., 8.8 Ah)?
@David – We can upgrade the battery to 48V 10.5Ah which should give you ~20% more range than the original. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the screen.
2015 Diamondback EXC – battery doesn’t get me as far anymore (and I didn’t gain a pound!) It never got me as far as I wanted, so maybe time to up the game as far as capacity. Also, problem that the Currie status screen, though working fine, was broken on the back where the plastic held the screen to the mount. I can send a photo if you give me an appropriate email. What will be my choices. Thanks.
@Steve – We’ll be in touch with our recommendations.

hi, i rebuilt my tranzx currie battery. i increased the capacity but it wont stay on now? is the bms shutting down because the battery capaicty is too high. i noticed a sticker on the bms with 8.7ah on it so im guessing this is the reason it is shutting down and the battery indicator on the lcd screen is flashing on the 5th bar? thanks i hope you can help me!
@Allison – The BL07 model was used primarily on Raleigh bikes. Current pricing can be found here: https://ebikemarketplace.com/products/raleigh-electric-bikes?variant=39453627525

@Christi – We’ve tested a few packs that are compatible with the standard 3 pin XLR connector, so that might work with your pack.
