Hi, I had my charger stolen and am having a really hard time trying to find a replacement. I have a women’s Diamondback Lindau EXC, the motor is Currie, the battery is Tranz X. There seems to be a special XLR plug for this battery (3 outer pins and a skinnier pin in the middle), from what info I’ve been able to find. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
@Mary – Yes, we can rebuild those. We will contact you soon!
I have a Tranzx pst 48v BL07 battery that either needs rebuild or replaced. Can you help me, or let me know where I can find one.
Thank you
Mary
@David: We usually recommend contacting the manufacturer or official distributors for spare batteries.
I would like to buy a spare battery for my Diamondback down tube battery.
Hi Jason, Yes, we can service IZIP E3 Path Plus batteries.
I looked at your iZip page but didn’t see mention of the iZip E3 Path Plus. My battery pack is a 48v 8.8AH 422Wh. It says “Li-ion 131CR19/66-4”and “BL07 TranzX” on the label too. Can you refurb/upgrade those?

I’ve got exactly the same question as Mark, above.
Any answer?
thanks.
Hi Frank, We can almost certainly rebuild the battery if you send it in. Unfortunately, we do not stock replacement packs and it may be difficult to find them for older e-bikes such as yours.
I own a Schwinn I zip bike which I bought from Canadian tire about 8 hers ago. Is there a li- ion replacement battery pack for this 24 volt bike?
