@Sean – Yeah, it sounds like it. We’ll give you another recommendation though to make sure.
Hi. So I did all the testing all cells are good and the same voltage. Battery doesn’t charge light is all green no red. If I charge through the discharge output it works so that should lead to BMS?
@Bill – It’s probably not a cord/plug issue, but we’ll be in touch with our troubleshooting recommendations.
My Juiced e-bike battery has stopped taking a charge. The charger does not even recognized that a battery is connected. Could this be a cord/plug issue? How can I troubleshoot?
@Giovanni – We’ll be in touch with our options!
My Juiced Ocean current is currently in the shop. They “think” the reason that the motor cuts out sporadically is because of the thermal something or other in the battery. They’re awaiting Juiced bikes email confirmation on this. They don’t rebuild batteries though and want to sell me a new battery! I’ve only had the bike about 20 months and the charge is still comparable to when it was new. So if I do end up needing a thermal switch or BMS, can you give me an idea of what that would cost to replace including shipping from and to Honolulu, Hawaii 96816?
@Christen – Send us some pictures of your battery and we’ll get you an idea of the pricing.
Hello. I’m interested in pricing for replacing a battery for a Juiced Crosscurrent? Thanks!
@David – We’ll be in touch with our current options, but yes, we can upgrade a 13Ah battery up to 21Ah!
Just curious what it would cost to have my Rip Current 52V 19.2 Ah battery rebuilt?
Also, can you take a 52V 13 Ah battery and convert it to a 19.2 Ah?
Thanks and have a great day!
@Peter – We’ll be in touch with what you need to check first for compatibility issues.
I need a new battery for my 2017 CrossCurrent Air. My battery is the narrow format 48v, 11.5 amp. Would the Dorado 440, 48v, 10 amp battery, you have listed on your website, fit my bike?
Thank you.
@Chaim – I don’t think any of our batteries are drop-in compatible with the Cross Current X. We would need your battery to rebuild it.
I have not been able to get juice to send me a replacement battery for my ccx 52 volt battery
I sent in my old battery but they have not sent a new one
do you have something that can fit my bicycle

How do I get in contact with someone to rebuild my battery ?
