We keep your original housing, connectors, and wiring intact while replacing the internal cells with fresh, high-quality lithium-ion modules—bringing new life to your battery at a fraction of the cost.
Rebuild Options
- Standard Rebuild – Restores your battery to its original rated capacity using premium cells.
- Upgraded Capacity – When compatible with your battery housing, BMS, and wiring, we can increase the amp-hour (Ah) rating to extend your ride range (subject to fit and safety).
What’s Included
- Replacement of all internal lithium-ion cells
- Inspection, cleaning, and refurbishment of the existing battery housing, wiring, and terminals
- Performance testing, balancing, and validation
- Retain your original BMS (Battery Management System), or replace it if necessary (additional cost may apply)
- 90-day warranty on rebuild workmanship

- Receive shipping instructions and a battery intake form

- Ship your original Lohas battery case to our rebuild facility
- Our skilled technicians replace the internal cells, test, balance, and validate your pack
- We ship your rebuilt battery back, ready to perform

- This is a rebuild service only — we do not sell brand-new Lohas battery packs
- You must send in your original battery housing for service
- Upgrades only possible if your housing, wiring, and BMS support higher-capacity cells

Processing Time
- Most in-stock batteries ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom rebuilds and special orders may take 7–14 business days before shipping.
Shipping Method
- All batteries are shipped via ground service only (FedEx or UPS) in compliance with DOT and IATA regulations for lithium batteries.
- Expedited air shipping is not available for lithium battery products.
Delivery Time
- Ground shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.
- Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened batteries.
- For rebuilds and custom packs, all sales are final unless defective.
Important Notes
- Shipping is limited to the continental United States.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address — carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Signature may be required at delivery for higher-value battery orders.
