Think my battery might not be charging as it was removed from my daughters emoto electric moped ( All seasons) and stored for 9 months in the garage without it being charged. The battery is a 48v 12.5ah LITHIUM battery, Can you help.

@Maria – We can’t change the voltage of the battery, but we can either rebuild it or help you with a new charger. Send us some pictures of what you have and the connectors you need.

I have an e-moto Velocity (26V) which has not been used for several years because I lost the 3 prong cable to my charger. Can I upgrade to the 37V battery? If not, can I buy a replacement charger with a 6 pin connector?

  • EBike Marketplace: September 30, 2019

@Brittany – We have generic chargers that will work with E-moto batteries. We need to know the voltage and the plug connection on your battery.

My charger doesn’t seem to be working for my battery a mighty motorbike or my battery is bad I purchased it off of someone online and it’s almost new and I’m really trying to use it to get back and forth can you please help me it is a deformity in the park do you guys cover the replacement

  • EBike Marketplace: June 20, 2019

@Christine – It’s safer to power the battery off while it’s charging. We don’t recommend changing the voltage since it has to match the other electronics in the system.

    HI,

    I have a EMOTO liberty 1.5 26v Ah9 battery.
What is the best way to charge? power on or off? should I run it down to empty before recharging? and if fading out, can i replace with a 37v?

    other advice?
    thank you
