How much to rebuild the round battery and make it stronger ?
@Dennis – We don’t stock replacement Sondors batteries, but we’d be happy to diagnose and repair it for you.
I have a new (10 days) mxs e-bike from Sonders and I have only charged the battery once, according to proper protocol (charger connection to battery, and THEN plug into AC) It will not charge a second time around with only green light on charger lighting up. Charger shows 54.5 volts. Anyway, this is Sunday Sept.6 and haven’t been able to contact Sondors. They have been really lax in answering my other questions so I’m wondering if you have a triangle battery I can buy while you see whats wrong with my current (new) one. I’m quessing something with that battery pin connector. Anyway I’m writing you in case Sondors doesn’t reply to my e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner..Do you have one of these 48volt triangle batteries instock…?? Thought I’d better start to inquire…thanks for your help and your reply…Dennis Roshay
